Allium simply would not exist without the incredible, tenacious designers on our team who show up each day with curiosity, drive and a desire to create. Some weeks you might catch a glimpse of an arm showing off a bouquet or a sped-up video of someone’s painstaking centerpiece process-but we thought you might enjoy having an opportunity to get to know our designers a little more personally.
First up-Lizzy is one of our two studio managers. She has been with Allium for 3 seasons. We hired Lizzy in the midst of the pandemic, when we got the green light for larger events, and we realized we would need to boost our crew to accommodate all of the backed-up weddings. She is a creative through and through. We’ve found through the years, some of the best designers come to us with a creative eye, but often haven’t worked with flowers before. Lizzy is one of those people who have grown beautifully into a highly skilled designer over the last few years. She does extraordinary large-scale, work-think arbor pieces, ceiling installs and over the top elevated centerpieces.
In her free time, Lizzy loves to plan trips and theme parties with her friends. She likes to paint. Halloween is her very favorite holiday. Couples take note-if you love all things Halloween and are including it in your decor, Lizzy gets EXTRA excited to design for you. Her favorite movie is Scream and she actually went to school for TV/Film studies. She shares that she is “very passionate about all movies and trying to make people feel the way that movies make me feel, whether it’s through actually attempting to make short films, or movies, designing for our clients’ events or creating special moments for my friends.”
