Kim and Dan had their wedding in December of 2022 and they took great advantage of the beautiful and often underestimated Winter florals!
They wanted the florals to have a dark color scheme filled with lots of deep wine purples but make them pop with accents of burnt orange. The bridal bouquet was loosely gathered and filled with lots of beautiful and contrasting textures. The thistle and evergreen added a unique and fun texture to the otherwise delicate flowers. The deep purple scabiosa, anemone, and ranunculus made up most of the bouquet and really stole the show! Bright orange tulips and spray roses accented the purple and were really able to pop and make the bouquet even more unique and special!
The ceremony featured some really special faux evergreen trees and what screams “Winter Wedding” more than evergreens and white birch accents?! They kept it simple with the trees and some candles lighting the way down the aisle. The venue, Moulin, was very regal and made the perfect backdrop to the evergreen trees.
This wedding was so unique and moody in the best way possible! The photographer, Femina, did such a great job capturing the beautiful and special day! The venue also created such a great and elegant environment for their wedding day. The Moulin, in Philadelphia, was such a classically beautiful venue that we loved decorating with our florals!
Thank you for trusting us, Kim and Dan, with helping to make your special day even more beautiful!
