Whimsical Microwedding

Marriage is the joining of two families by love–Sabina and Brian’s wedding was nothing short of that. Intimacy was the theme for the couple’s wedding at Promise Ridge in Stroudsburg, PA. With the focus solely on the newlyweds (and their pup), we created whimsical floral designs for their special day.

To compliment the bride’s lacy, champagne blush gown, a loosely gathered bouquet with lots of texture was created using lavender, pink, and peach roses, spray roses, ranunculus, local double tulips and fancy daffodils. From the bride’s flower lace embroidery to her floral hairpiece, we designed the bouquet with lots of blooms in mind.

Dressed in black with subtle yellow accents, the groom wore a boutonniere made with lavender–appealing to both the eyes and nose.

Also in attendance was the couple’s Corgi–who not only wore a black bow tie, but also a floral leash decorated to match the bouquet.

At the post-wedding celebration, guests were seated at communal tables decked with greenery runners as the base for the white pillar candles and pastel florals. Displayed in the middle were large gold hoops decorated with florals.

The gold from the hoops were reflected in the cake created by Kitchen Chemistry. A beautiful creation on its own, we took it to the next level by adding blush ranunculus and spray roses.

Marriage is the joining of two families by love. Together, Sabina and Brian’s family make a beautiful one!
