A Pastel Woodland Wedding

Holly and Joe married in the forest at Whitewoods, one of our favorite Poconos venues, nestled in the heart of Hobbie, PA. The wedding party dressed in blush, silver sage, and light grey and the couple chose a pastel color palette with a pop of color to complete the look.

The bride’s dress had textured lace accents, complimenting her textured bouquet with stunning coral charm peonies, double tulips, ranunculus, garden roses, lisianthus and snapdragons. We even managed to locally source bleeding hearts, a family favorite of hers. Her bridesmaids dressed in a variety of pastel colors held similar bouquets.

Pulling the green and blue undertones from the groom’s emerald suit, the boutonnieres were designed with myrtle, thistle and small dried blooms, adding color to the groomsmen’s light grey suits.

Utilizing our birch ceremony structure, a mix of stock and roses were nestled into full greenery and were arranged at the top of the arbor while Italian rusucs and huckleberry graced the arbor bases.

Set on the guests’ round whitewashed wooden tables were a variation of similar arrangements that included the bridesmaid’s bouquets, mixed greenery, a few blooms and pillar candles, allowing enough room for the family-style meals.
