A few years ago we got to do this incredible styled “shower” shoot. While we had done mutual events, it was the first time that I got to really work with Renee from Forget Me Not Rentals. She was so fantastic and had such an articulate point of view. I loved her design “eye” right away. From this one event, we’ve gotten to work together again and again on all sorts of fabulous projects, including the Bacon and Lox Creek Dinners and Ice Dinner.
In late December, Renee passed away from complications with chemo. I was left feeling so sad that we didn’t get a chance to collaborate more and dream about what the future might hold for our small businesses. I am so glad that her beautiful business will continue to grow as her husband takes the helm, but I will miss her beautiful soul. Thank you, Renee, for making your mark on our vendor world. We will miss you so!
